At Vapekit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
